They did help me lose water weight (along with a meal replacement shake from IdealShape) and I did sweat a lot from the exercises (I did a ALOT of marching in place) but I did not care for the perpetually peppy Shaun T, all the camel toes staring at me, nor did I care for some of the people who appeared to be strung out on SOMETHING that made them uber-peppy, spaced out and grinning idiots. I was not impressed and felt overcharged. Started again and had to stop again for a few days, then finally finished the dvds about six weeks later.

A week later I had to stop following the exercise dvds because the exercises exacerbated other health issues. I had to stop after 2 1/2 weeks to take care of them and continued to finish when I was healthy enough. I have a handful of health issues but relatively healthy (hwp-previous workouts). Let me say, having done the workouts, they are really not for anyone with health issues or over 40, my personal opinion. Was I surprised how little actually showed up. What I got a few weeks later, was 2 dvds, a workout calendar and a tiny cookbooklet. A few months ago, I bought a Groupon deal of The Rockin’ Body workout sale, what was supposed to be seven dvds, a calendar of workouts and a cookbook.
